Margaret Fenwick
Founding Partner
Margaret co-founded SPS Specialized Consulting in 2011 after twelve years leading strategy engagements at a global consultancy. She works directly with CEOs and boards on growth strategy and organizational design, and has led engagements across financial services, industrials, and healthcare.
Daniel Harcourt
Founding Partner
Daniel leads the firm’s operations and transformation practice. Before co-founding the firm, he spent nine years as a VP of Operations at a Fortune 500 manufacturer, giving him an operator’s view of what actually gets implemented versus what stays on a slide.
Renata Alves
Partner, M&A Advisory
Renata joined the firm in 2016 and leads mergers and integration work. She previously worked in corporate development at a mid-market private equity firm, overseeing due diligence and post-close integration on more than twenty transactions.
James Okoro
Principal
James leads client engagements day-to-day across the firm’s operations and digital transformation work. He joined as an associate in 2018 and was promoted to principal in 2022, and is known internally for the clarity of his implementation plans.
